Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the natural rhythm of the craniosacral system - the bones of the skull, spine, sacrum, and the membranes and fluids that surround the brain and spinal cord. Through light, precise touch, the therapist listens to subtle patterns in the body and helps release restrictions in the fascia, tissues, and diaphragms that can affect the nervous system.

This work is believed to ease tension around nerve pathways, support the healthy flow of cerebrospinal fluid, and encourage the body’s structures to return to a more balanced alignment. Many people seek craniosacral therapy for headaches, stress, nervous system overload, chronic tension, and recovery from trauma, as it promotes deep relaxation and supports the body’s innate capacity to self-correct and heal.
