Appointment Booking & Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or failure to attend, will result in a full charge for the service booked. If you have a package, one session will be deducted from your package balance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and respectful scheduling experience for all clients.

Services: Unfortunately, we can not accept any refund request for any services purchased. All completed transactions are final and non-refundable.

Packages: Packages are only valued for the dollar amount at the time of purchase. Packages never expire. When purchased, packages can only be used by the purchaser and are non-refundable. Packages may not be shared between different practitioners. As discounts are already applied to packages, other coupons/discounts will not be allowed on the package unless authorized by a manager. Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. If your package is for a certain appointment length but you book for a shorter duration, it will count as a full session. Failure to cancel within 24 hours or do not show for your appointment, one session will be deducted from your package.

Gift certificates: Gift cards are only valued for the dollar amount at the time of purchase. Gift certificates do not expire. Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase; the amount paid never expires. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or you will be subject to full payment of the missed session or forfeit your gift certificate. Gift certificates are nonrefundable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift cards purchased at a discount may not be combined with any other discounts (including, but not limited to, the newsletter discount).
