Sherita is a highly experienced licensed therapist with an extensive 18-year career in the mental health field. She received a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University and has been a Connecticut Certified School Social Worker for 15 years. Sherita treats clients struggling in areas such as anxiety, depression, stress management, life changes, trauma, PTSD, and infuses a myriad of treatment modalities.

Her therapeutic strategies include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal family System techniques, Solutions Focused & Yoga for Mood Management.
