Frank Basler is a graduate of Yale University, Union Theological Seminary, and the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management, he also holds a Certificate in Psychoanalysis from the Westchester Institute.
Basler has worked in the private sector, consulted for more than 25 years with corporations, nonprofits, and churches on organization effectiveness and strategic planning. Frank helps organizations bring out the best in their people. He works with teams in articulating vision and values, clarifying roles, and building relationships of integrity, trust, and transparency.
Frank’s spiritual journey has taken him through the struggles of midlife to Buddhist meditation and Christian centering prayer as his spiritual direction continues.
